How to re-subscribe to communications if I am unsubscribed?

If you are unsubscribed from all inbestMe communications and want to subscribe again to all or specific subscriptions, follow these steps:

1- Write your email in the following form to obtain the reactivation link by email by clicking on the "blue text" that appears below the email:

 

2- You will see on the screen a text similar to the following image and as indicated in step 1 you must click on the blue text (if you click on "send" you will not receive any email, since you have unsubscribed and before sending a form you must reactivate the email):

                   

 

3- Once you have chosen this option, you will receive an email to manage your subscription preferences. You must access the link in the email to confirm your desire to reactivate and choose the option "Yes, resubscribe me!" displayed on the page:

                     

 

At the end of these steps, you will already be subscribed!

 

 

How do I manage my subscription preferences?

If you do not want to receive all communications, you can manage your subscription preferences to receive only those emails that interest you.

To do this you must follow the following steps:

1- Write your email in this form and click "Send" to receive a preferences management email: 

2- On the subscription management page you will find the 5 existing communications subscriptions*. You must uncheck the "green tick" of the subscriptions you want to cancel so that you will not receive emails of that kind.

                   

 

3- Finally, you simply have to save the changes made by clicking on "Update preferences".

                                                       

 

Remember that you will always be able to manage your preferences through your emails. For inbestMe clients, we recommend always leaving the "Transactional" and "One to One" subscriptions activated so as not to miss any important information about your investment portfolio.

 

* The 5 subscriptions that the client can manage are:

  • Transactional: subscription to receive all important emails about your investment portfolio in inbestMe. Whether operational or regulatory. Please activate it to ensure that you receive all the necessary and/or mandatory information about your investment in inbestMe.
  • One to One: subscription to receive an individualized response to your comments and/or suggestions to the inbestMe team.
  • Customer Service Communication: subscription to receive answers to your queries made to the inbestMe customer service team.
  • Commercial communications: Receive commercial information emails with offers, news and more...
  • Newsletter: Receive emails with new articles from our blog about the market, returns, financial culture, tips...
