Methods available for capital contribution to the Savings Portfolio

Cash transfer or transfer of investment funds from another bank (valid for Euro accounts with money market funds)

There are 2 methods to contribute your capital to inbestMe, depending on the type of portfolio:

1. Cash transfer: To do this you must first start your registration in inbestMe, digitally sign the contract and, once you have informed your bank account of origin, we will show you the destination account and concept that your transfer must have. There are two types of transfers:

1.1. Easy Transfer: Within the inbestMe environment, we will connect with your bank (PSD2). Once you have confirmed your credentials (Username and Password) you will be able to indicate the amount you wish to transfer (for more information, we recommend you read this article).

1.2. Traditional Transfer.

In the case of portfolios with Index Funds, bank transfers are sent to an account in BBVA (Spain).

a. In the case of ETF portfolios, the custodian Interactive Brokers uses different bank accounts to receive the capital contributions.

b. For transfers in Euros (EUR), the destination bank account is in Germany. In the case of contributions in any of the other accepted currencies, the destination bank account will be domiciled in other countries. For example, if you send in US Dollar (USD), the bank account will be in the USA, if you send in Mexican Pesos (MXN), the destination bank account will be in Mexico.

inbestMe does not charge any fees for receiving transfers. But, depending on the conditions that the customer has with his bank, there may be some cost in the operation. This fee (if any) will be charged to the customer.

2. Transfer your funds (valid for Euro accounts with monetary funds):
If you have investment funds in another entity, you can request to transfer them to your inbestMe Savings Account and start investing without having to contribute cash. Such a transfer will not be taxed, as it will not have been necessary to liquidate your funds before transferring them. There are also two methods for requesting transfers to inbestMe.

2.1. Easy Funds Transfer: Within the inbestMe environment, we will connect you to your bank (PSD2). Once you have confirmed your credentials (Username and Password) you will be able to select those positions that can be transferred (for more information, we recommend this article).

2.2. Traditional Funds Transfer: you will have to manually indicate the name, the ISIN of the funds you want to transfer and the amount in euros you want to transfer. Remember that transfers (investment funds) can be total or partial.

It is essential that the funds come from an account with the same holders and that they coincide with the holders of your inbestMe registration details.
