With this promotion, inbestMe pays €50 gross to the customers who achieve all the requirements
To enjoy this promotion, the customer must access a private inbestMe invitation link, provided by the company itself or a collaborator. The promotion will not be applicable to pension plans.
1. PARTICIPATION’S REQUIREMENTS
Any adult person who has not previously been an inbestMe customer can be invited and included in the promotion.
To receive the prize, it is necessary to activate the account as the first owner (indexed funds or ETFs), send all the necessary documentation, and contribute the desired capital.
2. PROMOTION INSTALMENT
inbestMe will credit the bonus to the client's account during the first month after the account receives the capital contributed for the opening (either by bank transfer or by transfer of positions from another entity). The net amount (€50 minus current taxes) will remain in the cash in the portfolio for the first two years after the promotional payment is made (one year for accounts opened before 01/01/2022). This promotion is subject to a two-year permanence period from the promotional crediting (one year in the case of accounts opened before 01/01/2022). In the event that the client requests a total withdrawal to close the account, inbestMe will deduct the gross amount of the bonus received from the final settlement. In the case of promotion applied to portfolios with ETFs, the payment of the corresponding amount will be made to a bank account number provided by the client (the client must be the holder or co-holder of this bank account).
3. TAXATION
The customer who receives the promotion must bear in mind that the delivery of this incentive constitutes a return on capital in cash, and will therefore be subject to personal income tax withholding (at the rate determined by the legislation in force at any given time). For the purposes of the personal income tax return to which the customer is obliged, the income from movable capital will be included in the savings tax base. The client must declare the full amount of the incentive, and inbestMe shall not be liable for any other responsibility.
4. INQUIRIES

5. TERMS ACCEPTANCE
inbestMe reserves the right to cancel or not pay the promotion, without prior notice, if it is detected that it is being used fraudulently. Participating in the promotion implies full acceptance of these Conditions.
